Ranveer Singh starrer 83 was recently screened at the Red Sea Film Festival and the early reviews flowing in have called the film an absolute masterpiece.
The movie 83, directed by Kabir Khan is just a week away from its theatrical release, on the big screens in India. This sports drama is based on the true story of the Indian Cricket team when they won India its first world cup ever in the year 1983. The fans have been longing and are eager for the movie release and after these reviews, the fans will be happy to know that all this patience was worth it.

Released at the Red Sea Fil Festival, Ranveer Singh who plays the lead role of cricketer Kapil Dev in the film attended the screening with his wife Deepika Padukone. Director Kabir Khan was also there with his wife Mini Mathur and of course the real Kapil Dev and his wife Romi Dev.
