It’s surprising to know, 83 is the first film of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh after their marriage.

The video gives a glimpse of the ‘greatest story’ in the history of Indian Cricket. In the movie, Ranveer Singh is starring the role of former Indian Cricketer ‘KAPIL DEV’ which is directed by ‘KABIR KHAN’.

The Story Behind India’s Greatest Victory

The video shared on Instagram depicts the story of 1983’s Cricket World Cup which took place at Lords Cricket Ground. On one side West Indies team was batting and on the other side, the Indian cricket team was bowling.

As the West Indies batsman hit the ball to bring his team closer to World Cup Trophy, two Indian fielders chase to catch the ball. The whole stadium prays in utter silence to bring the World Cup Trophy home.

The ending is interesting and it facilitated India in bringing its first World Cup. But for that, you need to watch the movie which will be releasing on 24th December 2021.
