Drishyam 2 Movie Review: Ajay Delivers the Most Engaging Climax of the Year

What do you mean by a suspense thriller movie? Well, according to me, suspense thriller is a movie that doesn’t even allow you to blink and make you crave to know the next act of the hero.

And while watching Drishyam 2 in theatres, I was stunned and felt exactly like that. Undoubtedly, it is the best suspense thriller ever created by Bollywood.

So, let’s start the movie review of Drishyam 2.

Drishyam 2 Movie Review

Drishyam 2 reopens the murder case of Sameer Deshmukh after seven years, which we have seen in the first part. But this time, the challenge is even bigger for Vijay Salgaonkar (Ajay Devgn).

Because now, Sameer’s mother IG Meera Deshmukh (Tabu) knows that Vijay is the one who killed her son. He is no longer a suspect. She only has to find proof.

This new part also welcomes one more player, Inspector Tarun Ahlawat (Akshay Khanna) to the show. He is a genius crime investigator who will cause problems for Vijay.

What I liked about the film: The film is almost like the old Drishyam, but with new types of challenges for Vijay Salgaonkar.

Besides this, there are two things that make it more interesting than the old one. First is Akshay Khanna and second is its mind-blowing ending holds suspense till the end.

Talking of acting, we all are well aware of the talent of Ajay Devgn and Tabu, so there is no doubt about that. And Akshay Khanna has given the show stealer performance.

Apart from them, Shriya Saran and Ishita Dutta managed to create an environment of fear in the movie. We can feel the level of tension in their dialogues.
