This big announcement was made on Tuesday at Banff World Media Festival by Bela Bajaria, Netflix's head of global tv that Netflix would be producing the "biggest reality competition series ever".

But Netflix mentions clearly that the competitors must know English with min. age limit of 21, it is not necessary that English should be their first language but they can speak fluently and understand it.
Competitors should be available for up to 4 weeks in early 2023 for filming.
