  • Move More

Workout is necessary for a healthy body. Take out at least 30 minutes of your day for exercise. If you cannot do much, then start by walking. It is one of the easiest and fruitful exercises.

Walk as much as you can. Try walking 10,000 steps a day. Remember to be kind to yourself and start with a small goal of 2,000 steps a day. After some time, try leveling up the steps according to your capacity.

  • Eat Healthier

Prevent munching on unhealthy fried and unhealthy junk food. Include at least 2 cups of vegetables and 2 seasonal fruits in your diet every day.

  • Keep Yourself Hydrated

Keeping yourself hydrated is the most important step during the journey of weight loss. Make sure you drink at least 3 liters of water daily.
