What is meant by the practice of Gratitude?
In simple words, Gratitude is defined as the state of being grateful. It is the quality of showing appreciation and acknowledging everything that you are blessed with. Gratitude is usually expressed by saying 'Thank You' or 'I'm grateful.
But these are only superficial ways of expressing gratitude, it is just a formality that we are doing for the sake that we are supposed to do. But how many of us actually feel gratitude? We have to give appreciation from our hearts. We have to show some kindness for it.

Do Prayers daily, this will reinforce your faith and spirituality. Trust in God and have the same faith in yourself. Say and feel Thank You to God for all the blessings which it has bestowed on you.

When you count on all your small blessings in life and appreciate it fully, like feeling grateful every time for the hot tea in the morning, the soothing chirruping of birds, this beautiful nature, delicious food, water that you drink, your family, etc. You will get more reasons to express gratitude.
Make a Gratitude Journal and list 3-5 positive things of each day, reflect on it. Write about a moment or a person which has made you happy Elaborate some good points about it.
