Lord Shiva didn’t want to bless them so he hid from them in the valleys of the Himalayas. Later the Pandavs found him; he dived into the ground of Himalaya and left his hump on the surface.

The other parts of his body were found in 4 other places: arms at Tungnath, face at the Rudranath, the Belly in Madhya Maheshwara, and his hair at the Kalpeshwar with head at the Doleshwor Mahadeva Mandir. All these places together called Panch Kedar.
