Reliance Jio Launches ₹1, 30-Day Validity, Prepaid Plan, Find Out The Benefits Here!

Telecom operators like Airtel and Vi (Vodafone and Idea) recently increased their tariffs by an amount of 25 per cent. Meanwhile, Reliance Jio has now launched an ultra value plan that’s priced at just 1 Rupee

This by far is the cheapest prepaid plan to have ever existed in the Indian telecom industry. The plan essentially is a data plan, which offers 100MB of internet data to the customer and comes with a 30-day validity period. And the best part, even after the 100MB data is exhausted, the 4G internet speed comes down to 64Kbps.

The plan also allows you to queue up multiple recharges of the 1 Rupee recharge, if one gets exhausted, the other automatically is replaced. This plan is a blessing for those who aren’t very active online and end up wasting data that they purchased.

This plan then becomes cheaper than Jio’s already existing 1GB data plan that costs Rs 15. Ten of 1 Rupee recharges would give you 1GB of data in just 10 Rupees

This plan isn't available for everyone, however. The plan is only for  selected Jio subscribers on the official MyJio app’s under the ‘Other Plans’ section of the ‘Value’ Section

How To Activate 1 Rupee  Jio Plan On Your Phone

• Head to the MyJio app.
• Now, head to the recharge section.
• On the top bar, search for ‘Value’, the option should be visible right next to the ‘Top-up’ option.
• Under the ‘Value’ section, look for ‘Other Plans’ and you’ll find the 1 Rupee plan. 
• This recharge also works like any other recharge of just payment procedure and you are done.
