If you have anything related to smoking like cigarettes, lighter, astray throw everything. And don’t focus on cravings. Don’t surround yourself with smokers. If anyone around you smokes- leave the place or ask them not to do it when you are around.

  1. Fight with Urge:

Don’t focus on your cravings. Remind yourself how unhealthy smoking is and the reason your quitting smoking.  

  1. Give up:

Your body will crave cigarettes, but make sure you will control them and don’t let yourself give up. You might feel uneasy but don’t give up.
