Upside Down House, Trassenheide, Germany

As the name of the house suggests, everything in it is upside down. This extraordinary home was built for a special exhibition by Klaudiusz Golos and Sebastian Mikiciuk in Trassenheide Germany. They created the house because they wanted to do something different. It is now a tourist attraction and is open for public visits.

The project was officially named The World Stands on its Head. Everything in the house is trippy. Even the Sofas, kitchen, plants, paintings, and furniture are inverted in the house. In this world, you will find yourself standing on the ceiling and everything hanging above you.

Egg House, Beijing, China

Beijing’s architect Dai Haifei built a substantial egg-shaped house on the sidewalk because he could not afford to live in the city. It cost him only $964 to build the sleep pod. The house serves its necessities and is powered by solar energy. The egg house is two meters high, designed on a bamboo frame, and is protected with wood chips. What an innovative and incredible idea to build the eco-friendly coolest houses in the world at such a low cost!

The Toilet House, Suwon, South Korea

The Toilet House was designed by Sim Jae-Doek in 2007. He later became chairman and establisher of the World Toilet Association. He aimed to promote restroom hygiene and sanitation worldwide and redefine international standards for toilet cleanliness.
