The Honda CB500X runs on a 41mm conventional fork & preload-adjustable monoshock mechanism. It provides a ground clearance of 181mm. The rear alloy wheel of the front measures 19-inch and the back measures 17-inch. The seat height is kept at 830mm.

Braking is controlled by a disc of 310mm at the front and 240mm at the rear. The discs are drilled petal-type units. CB500X has Emergency Stop Signal that can detect sudden braking & it automatically activates both front and rear lights.
