Yasmin Karachiwala begins her day with a bitter juice of Bela Patra leaves, Bitter Melon, Tulsi, and Kari Patta. Though it is bitter, the drink is a detox shot and purifies the blood.
Black coffee with unsalted butter is also a part of the morning rituals of the fitness freak.

Apart from this, Yasmin prefers a healthy green smoothie, which she has named Pure Hulk Smoothie. Topped with coconut flakes, this smoothie contains leaf cabbage, banana, avocado, spinach, orange, chia seeds, and greek yogurt.
Brown Rice is Yasmin’s all-time favorite food. It works as a mood booster for her and gives her a feeling of comfort.
For a delicious healthy plate, Yasmin prefers omelets tossed in yellow and red bell peppers, spinach, and mushrooms. She also includes Salmon, other veggies, and Vitamin C-rich broccoli in her meals.
Yasmin prefers to include proteins, good fat, and complex carbohydrates in her diet. She eats a lot of seasonal vegetables and fruits in her food. It includes seared swordfish with mango and pineapple salsa, tomato mozzarella, sweet potato tagine with tabbouleh salad, mixed beans salad, and marinated olives.
Yasmin can chomp on Sookha Masala Bhindi at any hour. She can eat it as a snack anywhere anytime.
